Terms and Condition

  • Booking and Payment:

    • To confirm your booking at Eden's Holidays, a 50% advance is required at the time of reservation.
    • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to your check-in date.
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation made 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
    • Cancellation made within 7 days: No refund. However, bookings can be rescheduled within 6 months.
    • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
  • Check-in and Check-out:

    • Check-in time is typically from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
    • Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur an additional charge based on availability.
  • Guest Responsibility:

    • Guests are expected to respect the resort’s rules, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.
    • Any damage caused to resort property may result in an additional charge for repairs.
  • Force Majeure:

    • Eden’s Holidays is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Travel Insurance:

    • It is recommended that guests secure travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
